Willy's pies started in the depths of lockdown. Having been furloughed, as a chef working at michelin starred restaurant Brat.
A pie delivery service was the calling, all London by push bike. Menus dropped on a Monday would sell out within minutes. 4 years on and we now find ourselves in our own fully fitted, purpose built railway arch in East London. Selling pies at wholesale to stores around London and rolling into 3 large contracts by August, including two premier league clubs and one supermarket.
Our aim is to produce the best pies in the the industry, using the finest quality ingredients and made by a skilled team of individuals who have a passion for cooking.
