The Eagle & Child inn is set in a small village on the edge of the Lake District National Park,

 We are a renowned, busy traditional Freehouse Inn, serving fresh locally sourced produce. We have 5 en suite bedrooms, a function / restaurant area a popular large riverside beer garden, Decking & terraced garden at the rear. We are proud to be family owned and have been so for over 26 years.

We are keen to find the right candidate to refresh our menu & find someone with the skills & knowledge to create a menu workable to busy periods but also maintain a quality offering, our current offer is good but could be so much more!
