Salt & Fettle is a new design-led, health-focused café opening within the Barbican Creative Hub in Lincoln. Set inside a beautifully restored Victorian building opposite the station, the café is being created as a calm, refined and creative space for hub members, local professionals, visitors and the wider public.

Our food and drink offer is centred around thoughtful, seasonal, visually considered dishes and high-quality drinks, with an emphasis on flavour, wellbeing and presentation. Alongside day-to-day café service, the business will also support events, member lunches and catering opportunities within the hub and beyond.

Salt & Fettle is founded by the owners of Lincoln Jazz Café, who bring strong hospitality experience, ambitious standards and a long-term vision for building something distinctive in Lincoln. We are looking for people who want to be part of a business from the beginning and help shape a team, culture and offer that feels genuinely special.
