We are now looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and maintaining exceptional operational standards. This is a key leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet creative environment and is passionate about delivering both quality and consistency.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, strong team organisation, and adherence to high food safety and hygiene standards. You will lead from the front—bringing energy to the kitchen, supporting and developing the brigade, and creating a culture rooted in togetherness and care.
Beyond service, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of the site. We are looking for someone who brings curiosity and fresh ideas—whether in menu development, operational improvements, or enhancing the overall guest experience. A strong commercial mindset is essential, with active involvement in stock control, budgeting, and cost management.
