About Angie
Angie Steele is one of London’s top chefs. Born and formally trained in Cordon Bleu cooking in South Africa, where she started working in the family restaurant aged 13, she worked in a luxury safari lodge before moving to London.
Angie has worked under some of the capital’s best Michelin-starred chefs, including Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s and Jason Atherton at Maze, while also cooking privately for a string of A-list clients.
In 2010. she won a national catering award as head chef at The Recipe, as well as working in TV, including Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, The ‘F’ Word and the Iron Chef.
