As a Commis Chef at The Soho Hotel, you will have the opportunity to
gain hands-on experience across various sections of our kitchen. This role is

Responsibilities:
- Support senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes across different
sections of the kitchen.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health and
safety regulations.
- Properly store and handle all ingredients, ensuring freshness and
quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining
experiences.
- Take initiative to learn and improve culinary techniques and knowledge.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-paced kitchen
environment.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in food preparation and
presentation.
- A genuine passion for creating and serving exceptional dishes.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team.
- Ability to work seamlessly within a large team, contributing to a
positive and efficient work atmosphere.
