You’ll:
Take ownership of your section, keeping it prepared, organised and ready for service.
Cook and present consistently delicious food, following our recipes and standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider team to deliver smooth, well-paced services.
Build your skills across different sections and make the most of opportunities to learn.
Support junior team members and share what you know.
Keep an eye on stock, portion control and waste.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen awareness and kitchen cleanliness.
What you’ll bring
