Assistant Chef at Aldermaston Recreational Society in Berkshire, on Only Chefs.
We are looking for a passionate innovative chef to join our friendly small kitchen team in Aldermaston. You will be working with a mix of fresh and frozen produce to create exciting new3 dishes for a variety of catered events.
What we’re looking for:
·Creativity: A genuine passion for food and a drive to innovate with new menu ideas
·Compliance: Solid knowledge of allergen awareness and HACCP labelling / standards.
·Qualifications: A valid Food hygiene level 2 certificate
Reliability: Due to our location having your own transport is highly recommended. Must be able to work evenings and weekends
