You’ll combine strong leadership with hands-on expertise, ensuring every dish reflects pride and precision.
Your day-to-day:
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Managing food gross profit and budgets
- Ensuring dishes meet company specification
- Overseeing stock control and supplier management
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a quality, high-volume kitchen
- Strong commercial awareness
- Leadership confidence and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of meat, fish and sauce techniques
