Peaceful Place is looking for a Head Cook & Catering Lead to prepare fresh breakfast and lunch each day for around 35–40 people.
This is a hands-on role where you will run the kitchen, plan menus, manage food safety, allergens, ordering and stock, maintain our 5-star Food Hygiene Rating, and supervise our Catering Assistant. You will also oversee cleaning standards across the building.
Our kitchen opens directly onto our café area, so this is a very personal role. You will get to know the people you cook for and become a familiar part of their day.
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. No evenings. No weekends.
