About the role
The Granby is looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team Thursday through to Sunday ( this could increase s we build the brand and offering . We offer a small friendly restaurant of 30-35 covers with up to 25-30 hours per week.

About the Role
- You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, freshly cooked meals that our locals and visitors love.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Helping design and update menus
- Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Managing stock and assisting with ordering supplies
- Working collaboratively with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a chef/cook (pub or casual dining preferred)
- Deliver an established menu but with the ability to create specials of your own creation
- Sunday lunch/Carvery experience essential
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Friendly, team-focused attitude
