Full - time Chef position available in a busy food pub in Cheadle.
(Will consider Part - time for the right availability)
35 -40 hours hrs per week over 4 days (3days off)
Must be available evenings & weekends
We are looking for a strong enthusiast Commis - Chef Minimum 1 year experience
or an established Chef de Partie - Minimum 1 year experience required.
Well organised fresh food kitchen.
Equal share of tips.
The Red Lion in Cheadle is a busy food pub with solid reputation for a fantastic Sunday roast as well as classic pub dishes, along side the main menu the small kitchen team enjoy input into specials and events menus.
As well as the steady everyday pub trade we also cater for weddings and many other types of events from wakes to cheese and wine nights and themed dinners.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a passionate team and enjoy the rewards of cooking great food in a focused, encouraging environment.
3 month probationary period with genuine wage negotiation for proven skill and commitment.
