The Surrey Oaks, Newdigate is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our friendly and passionate kitchen team.

The Role
🍴 45–48 hours per week
💷 Salary from £36,000 per year, depending on experience
📍 Beautiful countryside location in Newdigate, Surrey
🚗 Own transport essential – no public transport links
🏡 No live-in accommodation available
You will need:
✔ Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
✔ Relevant food hygiene and health & safety certificates
✔ A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
✔ Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
✔ A passion for delivering outstanding food every service
