About the role
We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy Italian Pizzeria & Ristorante in the heart of Hampstead.

What you'll be doing:
- Running your section with confidence and consistency.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes to our standards.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during busy services.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Helping keep the kitchen organised, clean, and efficient.
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Experience in a busy restaurant environment.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Italian speaker preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
