Lurra takes its influence from the traditional charcoal and wood grills “Erretegia” found across the Basque Country. We’re a Michelin-recognised restaurant located in Marylebone, open since 2015, cooking over live fire with a focus on aged Galician beef, whole turbot, and carefully sourced Spanish produce.
We’re looking for a CDP to join our kitchen. Experience working with charcoal or live-fire cooking is ideal. Knowledge of Spanish ingredients and a fine dining background are a plus.
