We are looking for a driven, energetic Senior Sous chef to support our new kitchen team at Inverlonan. We are creating a small, 24-seat, wood-fired kitchen & dining experience on the west coast of Scotland. Our self-sustainable organic farm supports our operation, with food that embodies our location and philosophy of living within the landscape. Prior experience at Michelin/Bib Gormand level is preferred, although not essential. Knowledge of wood-fire cooking would be useful, but again not essential.
