We are looking for a head chef/business partner to run a stunning barn conversion restaurant located on the South Coast. The restaurant is in very beautiful location and close to the beach.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to help us realise our aim of running a full time restaurant, producing the highest quality seasonal, locally sourced organic food.
This is an amazing opportunity to help create something truly special and to create a name for yourself. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant which is already set up with a fully fitted working kitchen. You just need to create your menu and team to help you achieve this.
The proposal on offer, which can be negotiated, is expected to be along the lines of a profit share arrangement.
