The company holds two Delfina restaurants within 2 boutique hotels located in the heart of Lisbon's historic centre and managed by AlmaLusa Hotels.

A 50 seat and 20 seat alfresco dining capacity Portuguese cuisine Restaurant located in Lisbon's Municipality square inside the AlmaLusa Baixa / Chiado hotel. A 20 seat plus a 24 alfresco dining capacity at AlmaLusa Alfama.

Filled with locals and business people at lunch and a more diverse clientele at dinner time, we are looking for a new Chefe de Cozinha with international experience, natural leadership, strong F&B control knowledge, bringing a consistent approach to the most typical Lisbon recipes.
